Service Description

Just Breathe Breathwork is focused on using the breath to calm the nervous system. During this practice you will focus on becoming more aware of what your body is trying to tell you. As we breathe our body naturally does the work for us but when we breathe intentionally that's when true healing can began. Using color therapy, sounds, visualization and the Flow Breathwork Method you will be able to just be in the moment allowing your nervous system to be soothed. Breathwork Session Itinerary: *You will fill out a short pre-session form for your personalized experience.* We will first discuss your intentions and after there is a clear understanding of your needs, we will have a 30-40 minute breathwork session. Following there will be a 15 minute reflection time for you to journal your thoughts and what may have come up for you in the session. Self-healing starts from within. Start here if you are looking to feel grounded in your freedom.


Cancellation Policy

Please show up 5 minutes before the group session starts. The Zoom room will close 5 minutes after the start time. This is to allow you and other fellow breathers the space to get the full experience and to keep from any unforeseen distractions. Please be sure you will be available to attend at the time of booking. There will be no cancellations. However, it's understandable life happens. Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the group session begins. Disclaimer: Absolutely no health claims are made or inferred. The results you achieve are determined solely by you.  Breathwork is not recommended to be practiced for those who have a history of seizures, blood or respiratory diseases, epilepsy, high blood pressure, aneurysms, a personal history of mental illness, psychosis, personality disorders, suicidal ideations and substance addictions. It is recommended before practicing breathwork to contact your doctor if you are pregnant and/or have any heart conditions.
